A tenanted grade II listed property that required substantial repair work after a tree fell on it! The works involved close collaboration with the appointed loss adjuster and liaison with the local authority conservation officer. Principal Contractor – H Cumberbirch & Sons Ltd.

Phase 1 of this project involved internal layout reconfiguration and construction of a seamless side extension and separate roof dormer. Principal Contractor – BAC Building Contractors Ltd. Phase 2 is on site 2022 to provide a two storey extension on the other side of the property
